The property is being sold with an undeveloped parcel. We are partnered with the Nelson and Area Economic Development Partnership, Community Futures, the Kootenay Coop Country Store to develop much needed workforce housing on this piece of land. By supporting this project, you will not only be supporting the arts and culture of this town, but also helping to bring more housing to Nelson!

Aligned and inspired by places similar to The Banff Centre and Granville Island, we envision this space becoming an artistic hub for the Kootenays filled with affordable studios, rehearsal spaces, workshop and event space for artists and our community.
